Bolivia.   Cielos of Bolivia ; the 1946 front cover of the magazine of Lloyd Aereo Boliviano, the national airline.  LAB as it is known was founded in 1925 when the German community in Bolivia donated an aircraft to the Government to create the first commercial air transport company in the country.  LAB became one of the pioneers of aviation in South America.
